Elizabeth (Liz) Keim is a managing partner at Integrated Quality Resources in Boulder, CO. She works with clients on business results improvement through the integration of methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, the Baldrige Award criteria and the ISO 9000 quality systems standards. Liz is a certified MBB and an Executive, Champion, Black Belt and Green Belt trainer and coach with clients in multiple market segments.

As Director of the DoD LSS Office he directs the largest deployment of LSS ever attempted; drives DoD-wide LSS activities; rigorously tracks results; provides training; assists the DoD in establishing and growing their programs; and ensures the Office captures the best business practices.

Deborah is President/CEO of Dynamic Systems- Innovative People, Process & Technology Consultant with World Class Health Enterprises & Interim Professional with B.E. Smith (Chief Strategic Planning & Quality Officer- Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium). She has dedicated years in many major healthcare organizations across the US offering leaders a unique & sought after combination of healthcare experience with skills to design, lead, organize & implement structured problem solving techniques.

Scott Sink is the LeanSigma Certification Program Director, College of Engineering at The Ohio State Universtiy. Prior to returning to academia and his alma mater, Scott served as VP of Business Process Reengineering for Exchange Solutions (Boston/Toronto) and then from 2004-2007 as VP of Business Process Improvement for MDS, Intl. (Toronto). He designed and launched a very successful LeanSigma Program for MDS (Global Life Science Company).
