Doing so ensures the critical buy-in of the people directly impacted by the changes the project has brought about. This module takes the learner through the essential elements for that successful turnover. The elements covered include control plans, project transition action plans, process failure modes and affects analysis (FMEA), error proofing, documenting and the financial validation. The module concludes with an example from a real project turnover.
