Six Sigma Key Concepts
This module describes the basic concepts that are the foundation of Six Sigma. Customers are the main focus of this initiative and listening to their voice is critical. All processes have some kind of variation and defining the baseline, the entitlement and a benchmark are key steps towards the improvement that every Six Sigma project will look for. These processes will have defective parts of services and having a good understanding between defects and defectives can be the difference for measuring our improvements the right way.
