A perfect storm is brewing:  Everybody is lobbying for the patient and customer satisfaction scores and comments. These scores are being tied to performance and pay.  You can only fill out so many surveys, take so many phone calls asking you a long list of questions and now the text messages are increasing.  What is the most effective method to collect the voice of your customer , then take that information to make a difference?
