Welcome to the BMGI Higher Education Community. I'm pleased to serve as the first moderator for this community and to be teaming with BMGI on this. I am a member of the Council on Industrial Engineering (Johnn Deere, Boeing, Wal Mart, Disney, Hershey, Campbells, Kraft, to name a few, are members of this organization. The Council works closely with the Institute of Industrial Engineers to further develop and promote the discipline and profession. On a call just today several of the member companies were commenting on how difficult it was to find qualified LeanSigma Practitioners. They were wondering what IE Departments but Higher Education, in general, is doing to augment and compliment the training and certification provided by BMGI, ASQ and others. I'm aware of Villanova's program and the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State has a certification program also. What Universities stand out when you think about providing training and certification for LeanSigma?
